Our team



Adam Marciniak Founder & Attorney
Who he is
Adam in 2015 graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He defended his law master’s thesis under the supervision of Professor Andrzej Szumański.
From 2015 to 2018 Adam served my legal training as a member of the Krakow Bar Association. During his apprenticeship, he worked in one of the leading law firms in Krakow. In 2018, he successfully passed the professional examination obtaining a mark of excellence in the criminal part. Since 2018, he is registered on the list of attorneys at the Krakow Bar Association. Adam specializes in broadly defined civil law (in particular contract and property law), criminal law and issues related to personal data protection.
How he got here
During his practice, he has provided services to Krakow housing cooperatives, entities operating on the medical and construction market as well as public entities (state and local government). Adam conducts training on personal data protection and practical aspects of debt collection for entrepreneurs. He advises entities and organisations from the so-called third sector.



Małgorzata Pienicka Founder & CEO & lawyer
Who she is
Małgorzata is one of the principals of PolishYourCompany and is originally from a small town not far from Warsaw. She received her master degree in 2021 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lodz. Thanks to her participation in the Erasmus + student exchange program, she was able to learn from outstanding experts in international law while studying at the University of Pecs in Hungary.
She has extensive experience with a polish law firm specializing in corporate law.
She is a certified Blockchain & Law Professional who knows the core concepts of implementing Blockchain in legal services to solve large-scale legal problems.
How she got here
Martine went into practice before maser degree graduation with CGO Legal, a major Polish law firm. Here she specialized in civil and corporate law. She helped different clients in the LLC registration process, liquidation and changes of ownership.
After two successful years there, Małgorzata decided to explore an opportunity away from a large law firm and take a position as a credit controller in an international corporation. This role allowed her to “think outside of the box” more often.



Emilia Pienicka Founder & Attorney
Who she is
Emilia is a polish and german advocate. For almost 10 years she has specialized in providing legal services to international clients with strong experience in corporate law based in Europe. She completed the Law Studies at Jagiellonian University in Cracow in Poland and Ruprecht-Karls-Universität in Heidelberg in Germany.
How she got here
Thanks to this early international experience and focus on cooperation with companies from different countries of the world, she can effectively support entrepreneurs starting their business in European markets with a strong understanding of their perspectives.
Emilia is co-founder of the consulting project goWest Consulting and a member of Lady Business Club Business Woman Foundation. She is involved in conducting training for Polish entrepreneurs in the field of international and commercial law atASBIRO Alternative School of Business and Personal Development in Warsaw.
